Cell Factory
allows the user to maintain a library of standard cells. It runs
as an application under the layout editor and permits the user to select
a specific generator and parameters for each cell in a library.
Cells may then be built and/or viewed. The selection in the
"Library Contents" window was built when the "Build Selected" button was
pressed, producing the and-or-invert gate via
procedural layout.
